Wake Forest University offers the Environmental Program for undergraduate students who wish to deepen their understanding of human impacts on and interactions with the environment. Students who participate in the program choose to pursue one of two interdisciplinary minors; Environmental Studies emphasizes social science and the humanities, while Environmental Science emphasizes natural sciences.
Both are rigorous courses of study designed to prepare students for careers in environmental science, law, public health, public policy, and public administration. Many students in the Environmental Program gain course credit and professional experience through internships. Find more information on Wake Forest’s Environmental Program here.
