The Center for Energy, Environment & Sustainability (CEES) welcomes student participation in our research. Student researchers already play an integral role in many of our current projects. In addition to contributing to ground-breaking discoveries, these students have the opportunity to work with, and learn from, academics of the highest caliber. Read about the impact of one student’s participation in undergraduate research in Peru with CEES director Miles Silman here.
If you are a Wake Forest student seeking an opportunity to gain real-life experience at the leading edge of fields related to energy and environment, browse our research pages to find a project that fits your skills and interests. Contact researchers who work in an area that interests you. They may be able to incorporate you into their projects or they may recommend that you reach out to one of their colleagues.
CEES also invites students and faculty whose research relates to energy, environment, and sustainability to apply for our grant funding. More information can be found here.
