Deployment of Alternative Energy Resources

Members of Center for Energy, Environment and Sustainability (CEES), collaborating with various outside partners, are currently involved with several real-world projects with the goal of facilitating the deployment of alternative energy resources. The successful implementation of resources such as distributed solar generation systems, waste-to-energy processes and other types of renewable technologies, in locations throughout the United States, and throughout the world, requires significant understanding of economic conditions, underlying regulatory frameworks and financing structures. CEES, along with our external partners, has an understanding of these issues and is working with various outside entities to complete projects that seek to deploy alternative and renewable energy resources at locations at home and abroad.

Faculty and researchers involved with this project include Wake Forest Professor Dr. Dan Fogel and CEES Fellow Brian Bowman, collaborating with various external organizations.
