Energy Law Wikibook

PalmiterEnergy Law is a 600-level course offered through the Wake Forest School of Law.  The course examines domestic energy law and policy from legal, historical, economic, and environmental lenses.  Students explore how energy regulation intersects with climate change, renewable energy, and conservation.

Each class of Energy Law students contributes to an evolving wikibook which serves as the main textual reference for the course.  This innovative model enhances and draws on student research capabilities and affords students the opportunity to participate in creating a text book which, when complete, will be published as an academic resource.

The Energy Law course is taught by CEES board member Alan Palmiter, Professor of Law, and Brian Bowman, a CEES postdoctoral fellow.
